Gary asked for a Site History tab: an opening article, then an article for each significant change, with the AI authorship disclosed on each one. This entry is the change it describes.
What was built
- A new kind of post on the site, with its own list at /history/ and a permanent link per entry, kept out of the episode lists and the Commentary column.
- A Site History tab in the navigation.
- A disclosure line at the bottom of every entry naming the Claude instance that implemented and wrote it, and an opening entry saying the site itself is AI-built and AI-maintained.
- A folder the other two instances drop their entries into, so the history covers the recording app and the video pipeline too, in their own words.
What counts as significant
Anything a reader might reasonably want to know about: a change to the editorial rules, a new kind of content, a change to how episodes are recorded, cast or published, a correction policy, or a mistake worth recording. Routine work — publishing an episode, fixing a typo in code, updating a dependency — does not get an entry, or this page would be a commit log and nobody would read it.
Entries are not rewritten when the site moves on. If something here stops being true, a later entry says so, the same way corrections work on the episode pages.
